Kapsel Power Bank is a portable power bank with a lithium-ion battery, for charging your phone and other small devices by USB. You charge the power bank itself via USB-C. You charge your devices from the USB-A and USB-C ports. It's included so you have power in reserve when the grid falters. With the power bank you keep at least one phone going, charge the radio or headlamp and stay reachable when sockets and ordinary chargers aren't working.

How to use it

Try the power bank once in everyday life, so you know how to charge it and how it works with your own devices.

Charge the power bank fully with a certified USB-C charger before you use it for the first time. Connect the charger to the wall socket and to the USB-C input on the power bank. Charge between 0 and 35 °C and don't leave it unattended while it's charging.
Check that the casing and cables are intact before use. Don't use or charge it if the casing is cracked, swollen or visibly damaged in any other way.
Connect your device to the right port with a USB-A or USB-C cable. Make sure the device doesn't draw more current than the power bank is rated for.
Unplug your phone when it's fully charged. That saves power for the next charge and reduces unnecessary heat and wear.
During longer outages: use the power bank mainly for calls, messages and important apps. Avoid anything that uses a lot of power, like streaming video for long periods.
If it's going to sit unused for a long time: keep the charge at around 50 to 70 per cent and charge it at least every three months, so the battery never runs completely flat.
