Shipping policy

We ship every order from our warehouse in Dalsjöfors, Sweden. Delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days within Sweden, 3 to 6 working days to Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Shipping is based on the order value and is shown at checkout before you pay. It is charged in the currency of the delivery country.

Sweden
Orders below 1,500 SEK: parcel shop 89 SEK or home delivery 199 SEK.
Orders from 1,500 SEK: free shipping.

Norway
Orders below 3,000 NOK: standard delivery 159 NOK.
Orders from 3,000 NOK: standard delivery 399 NOK.

For goods covered by VOEC and priced below NOK 3,000 per item, Norwegian VAT is included in the price and paid at checkout. When the shipment is correctly registered under VOEC, no additional customs duty or clearance fee is charged on delivery. The price of Kapsel Core excludes Norwegian VAT. On import, 25% Norwegian VAT and a customs clearance fee charged by the carrier are added.

Denmark
Orders below 1,700 DKK: standard delivery 100 DKK.
Orders from 1,700 DKK: standard delivery 169 DKK.

Finland
Orders below 255 EUR: standard delivery 15 EUR.
Orders from 255 EUR: standard delivery 23 EUR.

Rest of Europe
We currently do not deliver to other European countries.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped you receive an email with a tracking number.
