The Components
Every component in the Kapsel system is selected for one reason: it works when nothing else does.
From compact gas stoves to LED headlamps, each piece is tested against real-world emergency scenarios - power outages, storms, infrastructure failures - so your household has exactly what it needs for at least seven days of self-sufficiency.
No filler. No novelty items. Just 50+ components engineered to keep you warm, fed, hydrated, visible, and safe when the grid goes down.
All components are individually replaceable and refillable - because preparedness isn't a one-time purchase, it's a system you maintain.
What components are included in the Kapsel system?
The Kapsel system includes over 50 individual components organized into three capsules: Medical (first aid, hygiene, medications), Infrastructure (lighting, heating, fire, power), and Endurance (water purification, nutrition, tools). Each component is selected to support a household of 1–10 people for at least seven days.
What emergency scenarios are Kapsel components designed for?
Kapsel components are tested for the most common emergencies in Scandinavia: extended power outages, severe storms, infrastructure disruptions, and supply chain interruptions. The system follows Sweden's seven-day preparedness recommendation from MCF (Myndigheten för civilt försvar).
Are the components high quality?
All Kapsel components are sourced from verified manufacturers with ISO and SA8000 certifications. The system uses 1000D Cordura nylon, UTX buckles, and materials from suppliers who also serve Volvo and the Swedish Armed Forces (FMV).
